Knight's News:

STARS AND STRIPES - The Knights of Columbus Council 8605 will have stars and stripes on display in the Gathering Space as they begin raffle ticket sales for a very patriotic quilt after the masses starting in mid-June. The winning ticket will be drawn on the 4th of July. Stop by our table and say hello.

THE CLASS OF 21 - The Knights are recognizing and saluting the high school graduating class from our parish with a scholarship donation. Good luck Seniors. We wish you well.

HO, HO… Wait it’s too early for that. However, the Knights will be receiving the new outdoor nativity set we purchased very soon. And we’re reminded that we need to make room in the garage to store it. With that in mind, we are looking for some place to move the classic set we all have enjoyed at Christmastime. We need a new home (temporarily, or permanently) for the old set. Anyone interested in this set for your yard? Contact Grand Knight Larry Sheridan for details at 517-525-3683.

LOOKING FOR ACES - And birdies, at the Knights of Columbus Golf Outing June 26th at the Oak Lane Golf Club. Bring a team or sign up get matched up on a team. But enjoy a day on the links with the Knights. $70 includes a continental breakfast, 18 holes with cart, steak dinner, and a lot of prizes. Call Grand Knight Sheridan at 517-525-3683 of Tom Trudell at 734-260-7621.

NEW KNIGHTS - We welcomed two new Brothers last month. The addition of Tom Brexit and Joe Parker has made our council stronger. Catholic men of the parish, join us and help us move forward here with our mission of assisting the parish and community with acts of charity. Contact our Membership Director John Backhuus at 517-290-6222 for membership information.
